Dense Ash Conveying System

This system consumes less energy due to its smaller amount of conveying air, for the bore of an ash conveying pipe can be made smaller.
This is suitable for conveying a large volume and the corrosion of ash pipes is reduced due to its low velocity conveying.
Handling System
Fly ash is fed into an ash conveying pipe through dense ash conveying (DAC) feeders and conveyed to a fly ash silo at a low velocity in a pneumatic air stream by a compressor. After storing in the silo, the fly ash is conveyed like the vacuum conveying system.
