Add-on(Conversion from Simple Cycle to Combined Cycle Power Plant)
Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. would propose the add-on consisting of additions of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) and Steam Turbine Generator for the existing Gas Turbine Power Stations under open cycle operation.
The add-on, also known as repowering or bottoming projects, will be aimed at fighting global warming to reduce CO2 by being improved of the efficiency, that means it correspond to CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) as the development of power resources is brought about without the increase of fuel consumption.
We have a track record in the field of the power plant such as combined cycle power plant (CCPP) and cement waste heat power plant, etc. including the add-on projects.
