Technologies for Supporting the Operation and Maintenance of Power Generation Facilities
Accident-related downtime must be kept to a minimum for gas turbines, gas engines, and other power generation facilities.
With this in mind, KHI leverages its proprietary remote monitoring system Technonet to provide a 24/7 service for monitoring the signals and operational data that the remote monitoring center located at its Akashi Plant receives from the operating facility.
We are also developing a predictive diagnosis technology that detects abnormal situations and prevents accidental failures. We are doing this by expanding the scope of monitoring, increasing the frequency of data collection, and conducting big data analysis of the data.
Another development that we are working on is a remaining life assessment technology that can regulate the replacement of parts and reduce maintenance costs by predicting the service lives of parts based on the data collected.
