The reduction gear and other components of a robot have a flexible elastic (spring element) structure.
Because of this, vibrations become larger due to the effect of the spring elements as the operation speed increases.
Therefore, we apply the latest control logic that takes dynamics into account and estimates deflection to servo control.
As a result, we have realized high-speed robot control that does not allow the tip of the robot arm to vibrate, thus achieving performance improvement of robots.
