The application engineers in each sales and manufacturing site have technical discussions with the customers and study the required specifications so that we can support customer's machine development and design in timely manner.
Proposal of suitable products
The application engineers who locate close to the customers propose the most suitable products for the customer's need. We support the customer's product developments by day-to-day communications for technical matters with the customers as well as the mutual communications with the engineering department in Japan.
Comissioning test at the customer
The application engineers visit the customer for performance check of the hydraulic components and system and propose measures for improvement if necessary.
