Kawasaki participated in "Locked Shields 2025”

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd.(‘’Kawasaki‘’) participated in "Locked Shields 2025," a cyber defense exercise hosted by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE), held from May 6 to 9.

"Locked Shields" is the world's largest cyber defense exercise, and about 40 countries, including NATO members, participated this time. From Japan, the Ministry of Defense/the Self-Defense Forces, other relevant ministries and agencies, as well as private companies have participated since 2021, and our company participated for the second time following last year.

Through this exercise, Kawasaki aims to improve its ability to respond to cyber attacks and grasp the latest technological trends. By utilizing the knowledge gained through this exercise, we aim to realize the Group's mission "Global Kawasaki Contributing to the Enrichment of People's Lives and the Future of the Global Environment."
