Kawasaki endorses the GX League Basic Concept

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. endorsed the GX League *1 Basic Concept announced by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Kawasaki decided the endorsement, considering the concept to be in alignment with the objectives of its business plans to create a hydrogen supply chain aimed at realizing a decarbonized society, and to achieve carbon neutrality of its domestic plants in 2030 by utilizing its hydrogen power generation technology*2.
Kawasaki will realize the Group Mission, “Kawasaki, working as one for the good of the planet.” by continuing to accelerate efforts to address the issue of climate change.
*1 The GX League is to be established as a forum where companies actively working on GX (green transformation), discuss the transformation of the overall economic and social system and create new markets accordingly through cooperation in the government, academic, and economic spheres aiming for GX.
