Introducing our new pump and valve technology at Agritechnica 2019

Kawasaki have provided innovative and high-quality products to meet the increasingly tough requirements of excavator and construction machinery customers around the world. With technological and manufacturing expertise and experience accumulated in these fields, we have entered into a new field of agricultural applications with the new K3VLC85 variable displacement pump and the KLSS18 control valve.

We will be exhibiting at Agritechnica, the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural technology in Hannover 10 -16 November and showcasing these new products alongside our existing agricultural product range.  Agritechnica is expected to welcome over 450,000 visitors from 130 countries and will hold 2,750 exhibitors from 51 countries.

This show is a great opportunity for us to meet new prospects and reinforce existing relationships with our customers from across the globe.

New Applications

Our K3VLC85 pump is a load sensing pump specifically developed for agricultural tractors or agricultural equipment. It is ideally suited for medium to large horsepower tractors and boasts the characteristics of our pumps, namely, high pump efficiency, low noise, low pulsation, and highly stable and responsive control.

Just like our other pumps, the K3VLC pump is designed with its proven swash-plate type axial piston pump design. This pump is designed to reduce emissions of high frequency noise and pressure pulsation. It provides a low noise solution and helps to reduce operator fatigue and environmental burdens.

To complement the K3VLC85 in agricultural tractor applications we have now developed a control valve for on board and implement control. The KLSS18 valve is the latest additional to our directional control valves for agricultural equipment.

The KLSS18 is electro-hydraulically actuated with electric proportional control and integrated solenoid drivers permitting a simple and easy interface with the machine controller. The KLSS18 valve is sectional in construction and can be configured to meet the needs of agricultural tractors by including features such as hitch control.

We will also be exhibiting our popular K3VLS range and HST system products at our stand G05 in hall 17.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at Agritechnica soon.
