Kawasaki Exhibits Ninja H2 and Three Other New Models at 2014 Milan Show

High-performance sport models developed with the crossover technologies of Kawasaki Group, the Ninja H2 and Ninja H2R come equipped with a 998 cm³ liquid-cooled 4-stroke in-line four cylinder supercharged engine, achieving powerful acceleration not seen in existing models. The newly designed trellis frame delivers straight-line stability and sporty cornering with its excellent balance of rigidity. The silver-mirror paint applied to the fuel tank and cowl adds a deep luster to its appearance. The Ninja H2, designed for ordinary roads, achieves an engine power of 200 ps. The Ninja H2R, designed exclusively for use on the circuit, boasts an engine power exceeding 300 ps , and the upper and lower wings produce a down force on the body, which increases stability at  the high speed range.

The 1400GTR is a sport-touring motorcycle that combines the performance of a supersport with ride comfort suitable for long touring. It takes over the same basic configuration of a supersport model — the 1,352 cm³ liquid-cooled 4-stroke in-line four cylinder engine, aluminum monocoque frame, inverted front forks, etc. — while adopting new features such as a motorized adjustable screen with ventilation control and a newly designed seat for increased ride comfort. In addition, the K-ACT ABS advanced braking system has been reconfigured into optimum settings to realize braking that makes feel more natural. Kawasaki genuine accessories including a full double-stitched seat and top case for various needs will also be available.

The Z300 is a naked sport bike that caters to a wide range of users, from beginners  to advanced riders. The 296 cm³ liquid-cooled 4-stroke parallel twin cylinder engine ensures to deliver smooth torque  in the low to mid rpm range and strong acceleration at high-end rpm, providing a powerful and exhilarating feel. The Z300 also features a high tensile steel frame, 140 mm rear tire and Assist & Slipper Clutch for a sporty handling. A compact front cowl, sharp headlamps, a flat and wide handlebar and a slim tail cowl add up to an aggressive styling that is the hallmark of the Z series.

A sport model built for active riders, the Ninja 250SL is powered by a 249 cm³ liquid-cooled 4-stroke single cylinder engine that delivers strong torque in the low to mid rpm range and accelerates comfortably at high-end rpm. Its slim, lightweight and compact trellis frame enable agile handling. The overall styling follows the tradition of the Ninja series, including the aggressively designed full cowling and a fuel tank that narrows sharply toward the back. The result is a sleek, sexy look that is sure to turn heads on the streets.

The Z250SL is a naked sport bike designed for aggressive riders. Its 249 cm³ liquid-cooled 4-stroke single cylinder engine and trellis frame make for a slim, compact and lightweight package. By adopting a flat and wide handlebar, the Z250SL ensures super naked bike enthusiasts can enjoy a dynamic ride. The sharp headlamp cowl and engine shroud add an aggressive flavor to the styling that features the Z series.
