Issue of the Kawasaki Report 2014

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. has issued the Kawasaki Report 2014.

This report, which integrates the management strategy and financial results of the annual report, and information on sustainability-related activities of the CSR report, has been published since fiscal 2013.

Operating under the mission statement "Kawasaki, working as one for the good of the planet," the KHI Group is moving forward to achieve a unified management that incorporates CSR activities.

“Solving Social Issues through Business” in this issue features Kawasaki’s contribution to health-care fields, in the three business areas of Transportation Systems, Energy & Environmental Engineering, and Industrial Equipment.

In addition to the issue of the digest version, a full version of the report and a detailed environmental report are scheduled to be published on the website (/en/corp/sustainability/report/index.html) in September.

Kawasaki hopes this report will serve as a basis for dialog with its stakeholders, drawing out input regarding their expectations and requests for Kawasaki's corporate activities.
