Kawasaki Ends Partnership Talks with Loncin Motor

Tokyo, January 18, 2013—Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. announced today that it has amicably terminated the letter of intent it had signed on June 1, 2012 with Loncin Motor Co., Ltd. concerning partnership on motorcycle business in China, due to a failure to reach an agreement on specific conditions despite good-faith discussions.
