Kawasaki to Donate to Tohoku Earthquake Relief

Tokyo, March 14, 2011— Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. announced today that it will donate 100 million yen to relief efforts for the people and in communities affected by the Tohoku Earthquake that struck northeastern Japan on March 11. The Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group will also supply products worth 100 million yen to the effort, including 30 Kawasaki motorcycles, 5 wheel loaders made by KCM, and 3 crushing machines made by EarthTechnica.

Kawasaki wishes to express its sincere condolences to all those affected by the disaster and hopes for the earliest possible recovery of the affected communities in the region.
