ICFB (INTERNAL CIRCULATION FLUIDIZED BED BOILER)

The Internal Circulation Fluidized Bed Boiler is able to burn various types of waste and sludge, such as refuse-derived fuel including corrosive substances. It suppresses the generation of NOx by stable low-temperature combustion. It also reduces the corrosion of heat transfer tubes due to corrosive gas, and achieves high efficiency and high reliability.

Features

  • Circulates the bed material by the difference of air flow.
    Divides the fluidized bed into a combustion cell and a heat recovering cell using a double partition wall and circulates the bed material internally by the difference of air flow.
  • Stably controls the fluidized bed temperature.
    The temperature of fluidized bed is stably controlled for various calorific value fuels, by suitably adjusting the heat absorption of in-bed heat transfer tubes.
  • Reduces the corrosion of boiler tube due to corrosive gas.
    Prevents corrosive gas from entering the heat recovering cell by a double partition wall and reduces the corrosion of boiler tube.
