Regarding the Rolling Stock Business

The Rolling Stock Business Restructuring Committee, headed by the President,
has been considering specific measures to restructure the Rolling Stock Business
since October 2018.
The Committee's report will be announced along with the consolidated financial results
for FY 2018 in due course.
